When you're ready to select your seating section, you'll notice that there are no assigned seats. All seating is first come first served. We're excited for you to interact with other fans in your chosen section, and if a seat is available, you can pick your preferred view!

5. What are the delivery options for tickets?
After placing your order, please download the HUMBL App for IOS or Android. You will receive an email containing a link to claim your tickets. Once you have installed the app, simply tap the link on your mobile device to launch the HUMBL Wallet and claim your tickets. For advanced purchases, your ticket claim email will be sent 10 days prior to the event.
6. How can I access my purchased tickets on the day of the event, and what do I need to bring with me?
Upon arrival at the venue, please open your HUMBL App and select "tickets." You will then have a QR code on your screen, which will be scanned for entry. Enjoy the game!
7. What if I encounter issues with purchasing or accessing my tickets? What kind of customer support is available?

8. Can I purchase tickets for multiple games or events at once, such as season tickets or bundles?
Certainly! When you check out, you can add multiple games at once. Season tickets may be your best option, but you can certainly purchase tickets for multiple games at once!
9. Are there any age restrictions or special considerations for purchasing tickets for the Oregon Blackbears games?
There are no age restrictions. Children under 32” tall are permitted entry without a ticket. The child will have to sit on a ticketed patron's lap for the game and may not occupy a seat.
10. What are the refund and exchange policies in case I am unable to attend the event after purchasing tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanges.
11. Can I find additional event information, such as game schedules, team rosters, and arena directions, on your platform?

12. Can I leave and re-enter the venue after my ticket is scanned?
For security and safety reasons, re-entry to the venue is not permitted once you leave.
13. Am I allowed to resell my ticket as a third-party?
HUMBL Tickets is the official ticket provider for the Oregon Blackbears, and they are the only authorized vendor for purchasing tickets. Reselling tickets as a third-party seller is not permitted.
14. Does the ticket price include parking?
The cost of parking is not included in your ticket price for the Oregon Blackbears game. As of now, there is a separate parking fee of $10 per vehicle, which you can pay upon arriving at the parking lot. Please note that parking fees are subject to change. The parking lot accepts both cash and credit card payments.
15. Is ADA accessible and companion seating available at the venue?
Yes, we provide ADA accessible and companion seating in multiple sections. When you purchase an ADA accessible seat, one companion seat is included. For information on available quantities in specific sections, please email [email protected].
